I enabled my Accuweather (4.9.1 paid) settings to "On-going Notifications" so that it would give me the temperature on the status bar. Doing that also puts it in the Lock Screen and then changes the clock to a "normal" horizonal display. FYI: I do NOT have AOD enabled.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I've rebooted and cleared the partition cache. It never turned on last night, so we were rudely woken up at 5am by a TM from UPS saying that I would be receiving a package today. :-( I checked the settings and SOMEHOW Scheduling was unchecked.....which is...
