There is also a warehouse in IL. Mine was overnighted from there an I had the free shipping option. I'm located in MO and they still did next day air instead of ground.

Mine ended up shipping last night as well. They really seem to have no idea. I got 3-4 different answers and really none of them were correct.

Just spoke with a CS rep. I don't think they have any idea when anything will ship to be honest. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. There was supposedly an issue with manufacturing. I don't really know what to believe at this point. They seem to not believe that people are ordering last week...

Honestly, I wouldn't have minded the wait, but to see that people ordering within the last few days are already getting shipping notifications is just awful customer service.

This has been really poor customer service from Google for people to order last week and have their phones shipped before people that pre-ordered within the first week. I ordered a month ago and have been in a processing status for a week now.

Yeah, that makes sense.

I just chatted with Google support. I pre-ordered on Oct 3. My status currently shows Pre-ordered with a shipping date range of Nov 5-9 and when I asked if they had any updated shipping estimates for my order number I was given Nov 2.
