What happens if I were to use a slower card such as this SanDisk UHS-I card? Does it affect the quality of the video I'd take? If I'm not mistaken the Gear 360 only records at 24FPS at 4K though right...

Still very hit or miss with me. Sometimes I'll notice it even says it is fast charging but checking in on it after 15-20 mins it has only gone up 2% This is getting annoying as I have to babysit it for ~5 mins after plugging in to make sure it actually is fast charging before I can leave it.

I'm having issues as well. I plugged it in this afternoon around 45% and 4 hours later it's at 85% It's been slower the last few days but today was a whole different level of slow. I did the Nougat update last month sometime though and have not downloaded any new apps since. Not sure what to do...

The troubling thing is these VR headsets they're giving away with pre-orders are becoming obsolete within a year. The Gear VR headset I got with my S7 Edge won't even work with the S8 :-$

Probably because they know they're going to sell a boat load of these simply because of the number 8 in the Asian culture

Does anyone know if the S8 will support the Band 66/AWS 3 spectrum? On Freedom Mobile in Canada and that's their only offering to get LTE. Otherwise stuck with 3G

I uninstalled the gear vr apps and oculus apps but I still see oculus rooms is constantly installing/being scanned. Anyone successfully get it to stop? I tried installing oculus again in hopes the update mentioned would stop it but oculus room kept doing it's thing so i uninstalled it again.
