I unlocked my bootloader through htc, and so now I can theoretically flash new roms without root correct? I've successfully flashed a recovery (twrp 2.2) but when using the fastboot update command, flashing fails, it also fails when I attempt to flash through recovery. Is this because I am not...

I didn't get the evo 3d because of the sacrifices for 3d. The extra lens made the back of the phone too bulky and needing two cameras caused the quality of them to be less. I would much rather have high quality 2d pics than ok quality 3d pics.
