I think it also depends what you do white the screen is on. I think watching videos isn't a big hit. Maybe browsing is higher by a bit.but games..and different games use more battery..Will eat the battery most

My battery life today was pretty good. Best so far. 17 hrs on battery, 4 hrs 27 mins screen time. More than 2 hours waze (w GPS). And 4 percent left. My best so far

I have a feeling the smart case also is a factor. For one, whenever I close the case, the clock comes on...and I think it's really bright. I use that as my flashlight sometimes....
