what to do to gain space??????

when i connected phone to the computer it showed 2 drives and i thought deleting one would solve the problem . with 2 drives it was full and now that i deleted virtual is still full.SO I DIDNT DELETE VIRTUAL

i have done factory reset and it should be empty now , i have only whatsapp and telegram. BUT i have 100 MB. CAN i delete virtual partition if its that the problem?
