Re: Idiotic Those devices will let you know when a restart is required after an update, and if there's nothing acting up, why restart otherwise? Obviously, if youre having issues, then you can always manually restart the phone.

I haven't been able to get Smart Switch to recognize my phone in years. Made sure I had the latest USB drivers, etc., and it just has stayed broken for an unknown reason.

"Hey, here's our latest and greatest. The screen is a half inch bigger and the battery is 80% of last year's, but the new, faster, power efficient proceesor, blah, blah, blah." I was always amazed when people believed those type of PR descriptions each year.

Poweramp used to be my choice. I switched to Neutron several years ago after doing a side-by-side comparison. You can't go wrong with either.

They'd already done that. That's what started the problem after my original question about how to update. Having to request an emailed apk is a stupid way to update, though. Given what the app can do, I find it hard to believe it couldn't pull an update when there is one. Oh well.

And the reply is that "you have only 1 device registered, to add more device you need to purchase through website or you can upgrade from website you plan." Which doesn't answer my question or resolve my issue at all.
