My wife bought a new Samsung Galaxy S III so I installed the only version of KIES available. When I tried syncing her phone with our Wimdows Vista PC, all it says is Hardware ID not recognized. I've tried EVERYTHING!!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled KIES multiple times & rebooted our computer...
