Placement of the volume rocker. I'm always cranking up my ring volume without knowing it until my phone rings and max sounds. The volume rocker is exactly where I grip the phone when picking it up. I would also like to the camera UI be a bit easier. I feel like all the features are buried.

That’s great, I ordered the exact phone on 10-20 and it still hasn’t shipped. My account says expected arrival date Nov 26-30th. Although my status changed to processing today and I see a temp auth on my credit card so hopefully that means something.
