Apart from thesuggestion above also check the obvious. Did you enter the person's name with weird/incorrect spelling? This happened to me. I kept thinking I lost a number, but what was happening to me was the person's name was spelled as "Alayna", but when i search for it I always type "Alaina".

I'll start off by saying I consider myself to be a demanding listener when it comes to music and audio equipment. I don't necessarily buy the most expensive and greatest equipment but, IMHO I know what good sound quality is. I have to say this issue with the Nexus 5 frustrates the HECK out of me...
