Yes, it's been working fine ever since. Either they fixed the hardware issue like they said, or they lowkey slipped me a replacement phone (doubtful)

So I took mine in for repairs. Twice it came back, and they only did some software updates or whatever, no change. The second time, I literally got home, turned it on, opened youtube, sound cut off again, back to the dealer within 2 hours. 3rd time, they did some "physical repairs" whatever that...

Yeah, nothing works for more than maybe a day at the most. Tried everything, factory reset, safe mode, the whole 9 yards. Ive had the Phone for less than a months, so it giving up and contacting my retailer and get a replacement.

Hold crap, that worked! (for me at least) thanks a million edit: nope nvm, its messing up again edit2: but turning vibrato off seems to work, for now at least
