I figured it out. You actually have to turn it up.....then turn it down. Doesn't make sense, but is working. KRS

I don't have the best hearing in the world (too much car audio as a kid) but too low is never an issue.

As the title says, with my S7 (and sometimes with my S6) I will get on a call that is just way too loud. I turn the volume all the way down and it is still too loud. I found a thread previously that gave a suggestion or two (in settings) but still having the issue. Has anyone solved this? I...
