I am having the same issues. Just got it last night. I am having flashbacks to my Droid Bionic switching issues..... Thanks for all the input in this thread. Will work on it and see what it is. Update : Seems to be an issue with Mobile Network and WiFi. Airplane Mode with WiFi on works...
