I added it "fresh". There is no place to choose how long it syncs back. It's just one year. Period. Google acknowledges that one year is all you get, tough $#!+ if you don't like it. I'm just hoping for some kind of back door workaround.

PLEASE tell me someone has a workaround to Google calendars only syncing one year. I've tried both the Google calendar app, and 3rd party apps, and it is CRITICAL I be able to see more then one year of events on my phone!! What's weird is, I could see back to the BEGINNING OF TIME on my S6, but...

I have a rooted Galaxy S6 running Lollipop 5.0.2. How do I know what apps are safe to remove? Obviously, I know things like "Facebook", "NFL Mobile", etc, but all these apps with names like "AutomationTest" or "com.andoid.xxxx", I have no idea what I might mess up if I delete them.
