I purchased the Nexus 9 tablet at x-mas and within 3 weeks it wasn't working. I sent it back to HTC for repair (replace main board), within 2 weeks, the battery would no longer charge. I contacted both Google and HTC and neither of them would replace my tablet, they said I could send it back...
