Yes, it is checked, and I get a notification every time and it shows an icon in the status bar like that check box indicates I should. It is just the two selections under that one "select ringtone" and "vibrate" that are greyed out and do not allow me to change.

I changed the default notification sound in the regular phone settings and finally figured out I had to change the in app settings for texts as well. However I cannot make a change to the notification sound because the selection is greyed out and hidden. I can see that it is set as my old...
