Help! My aunt has an eMatic eGlide Prism tablet w/Android 4.0 installed (7"). The darn thing won't boot up and is stuck on the eMatic logo screen. It's fullycharged, I've tried resetting w/the button on the back, power button, etc., but no luck. The ematic.us website is useless. Anyone know...
