There are 5th day of the test, no one issue, no one warning, everything is ok. I think, I finally solved a problem.
I used ground-wire of Nokia headphones, was soldering with rosin.
I recommend my method if you have good experience in soldering.

There are all ways of simcard marked on picture. I made only one double-connection.
Now my phone works...
I made a new attempt to fix problem.
I took a solution from gsmhosting forum and made a connection marked bold orange line. Now all working correctly, but it is a first hoyr of testing. I will post a report in Monday.
So, there must be 3 V, not 2.6 V. I did the connection and problem not solved. But I didn't measureing voltage. I think I need to take voltage from other electrical parts in phone, may be from battery with adding resistor.
I bought new pnone (ASUS). But I will repair S4 by my hands)
It is true direction to find hardware solution.
One guy made this operation and has a success to solve sim-problem:
He made the connection between capacitor 933 and capacitor on the sim-slot (marked on the picture).
Then, he took the soldering station and he was soldering every pin of NFC-chip...
Hi guys, thank you for advice, it is a good knowledge. But it is not works for me.
I tried everything:
- I bought sim+SD slot on Aliexpress and change it twice. Not working.
- I put to connector apeace of foam with different thikness. Not working.
- I disconnect and connet again every connector...
