    Updating Kies - theme.dll issue

    Trying to update Kies to the latest version... Uninstalled old version, rebooted laptop.. deleted all samsung folders... I've manually downloaded it off the samsung site, but apparently this isnt the latest version... ??? ??? When I open Kies it says do you want to update.. I go yes... it starts...
