I LOVE the one from BB. It makes the phone much easier for me to hold on to and the holster is easy peasy to work. I don't like having the huge phone in my pocket and the holster with option of vertical or horizontal carry is PERFECT for me. :)

I've not found any. You can check out a website called "etsy". there are a whole bunch of artists on there and some that can create a case for you. There are many generic type pouches on that site which will fit the evo with extended battery. I have contacted a guy about making a leather case...
