quick update- so i bought this car charger, i get quick charge with it using the OEM cable but NOT with the afermarket cable I bought which clearly means that cables do matter...

well I guess the only upside to this is that we're all in this together it seems lol, let's keep sharing information with each other till we can all find a solution :) I may order a few chargers off amazon to see how they work, I'll share links if I have any success
