Thanks for the replies. When I unplugged it and plugged it back in, the LED was suddenly green. And when I turned it on, the charge was full. Seems like all is well, and the amber light was some meaningless glitch.

First battery charge I'm trying to be good with my new Eris, and am charging the battery before turning it on for the first time. It's been charging for 12 hours now, and the indicator light is still amber. I would have guessed it would be green by now. Anyone run into this, or have any...
