I have the Sprint Transform Ultra & my wife has the Sprint Marquee, we both like the Transform Ultra better. If you don't like a physical keyboard, you might want to go with the Marquee. The Transform Ultra does seem faster, but a future update might improve the Marquee.

Netflix on the Marquee has the sound a little out of sync most of the time for me. (using the market version of Netflix over wifi on a stock Marquee) Now that I think about it, it might be a slow frame rate issue more than being out of sync.

Maybe try going into the Messaging settings and try checking or unchecking "Message Reassembly".
