My buddy did it for me.. I couldnt find a recovery for the vortex and he ended up trying it with the ally recover (i believe) and it worked. So if anyone gets stuck in this screen which i've read a few people did do that and you'll be fine.

So I opened Rom Manager and Clicked BackUp ROM and it reset and went into fastboot mode and is just stuck there. I have the LG Vortex by the way.
