Cant install a app since the latest update I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and since the latest update i had to uninstall a app that wasnt working and now it want let me reinstall it. Where it says install or cancel it want do anything when i press install it will only cancel

I have a samsung tab and since the latest update it want let me install a app that i had to uninstall because it stopped workking after i did the update. When it comes up install or cancel the install button want do anything will only let you cancel
