To answer your earlier question, it won't charge at all wirelessly on long road trips, if I'm cruising around town, it will give me a charge wirelessly. I guess the current has something to do with that. So I guess the only way to get a charge while traveling on these trips is to just plug her in.

Gotcha. They advertise these wireless mounts to be able to fast charge and all that so I figured it must be safe? But if I disable fast and just let it charge normally... still bad news for battery?

I'm using the navigation gestures on my Note 10 and find myself accidentally hitting the back and home gestures by mistake when typing. Is there any way to just disable the navigation while I'm typing so there is no interference?

This style is exactly what I want but I also want it to wirelessly charge, without having to attach a metal plate to my phone. Because that's what interfering with my other wireless charging pads. Or something with a safe metal that doesn't interfere.
