I did all those things of setting up Trusted Voice, re-training my voice, etc. Like others, I can hear the beep when I say, OK Google, but it won't unlock from AOD. I'm on T-mobile and have an unlocked Note 8. I have yet to try and disable Bixby like another user did. Will try that next!

I discovered that OK Google will not work if the phone is locked or AOD is on. But, of course, Bixby will wake up and unlock the phone. I really want to be able to shout across the room, OK Google, and ask a question. But it won't ever unlock the phone and be ready for a question. :mad:
