Does it also happen on the phones speaker or just headphones? Also if you have not tried this try rebooting the phone and see if it clears up. I had this issue with my black S7 edge a few times and a restart fixed it.
So I called 1-800-SAMSUNG to initiate a product exchange and the lady I spoke with said there isn't a recall and that Samsung is just looking into it. :/
