    Sound issue

    Does it also happen on the phones speaker or just headphones? Also if you have not tried this try rebooting the phone and see if it clears up. I had this issue with my black S7 edge a few times and a restart fixed it.

    Verizon Note 7 Recall Thread

    So I called 1-800-SAMSUNG to initiate a product exchange and the lady I spoke with said there isn't a recall and that Samsung is just looking into it. :/

    Samsung promotion status.

    My submission status still says Submission Approved. Preparing for Shipment. Shipping Date Estimate: Pending. FedEx Delivery Manager shows It's coming today but hasn't seemed to move and has been sitting on Label created since Saturday.
