    Widgets Not Updating

    Galaxy Note 5 - Dual Clock widget on my home screen and it will not update. I've uninstalled most downloaded apps & I am currently using Google Now Launcher. If I power off the Note 5 & power it back on - the Dual Clock widget updates.
