Do you have any more information on this? I am in exactly the same position (AT&T GSIII with goo manager/TWRP and OTA RootKeeper). I did a temp. unroot and uninstalled goo manager, but the update continues to fail, since when the phone reboots it keeps going into TWRP and not stock recovery...
