The problem is in the Android system. There is no option to disable this "feature". I got this information from CAT Support - get used to it :). By the way I'have many more problems with APPs. Android Auto reboots the phone instatntly when it is connected to the car - before the oreao update...

Android Auto is also affected... it crashes and the phone reboots as the car try to connect. Is there an easy way to roll back to nougat where everything was normal and useable?

yep, it is not checked, but I think it is related to vibration when ringtone is on. So no effect for my problem.
