It's always been a setting on every other phone I've had. Never had to dial out. And I never get service in a particular area so I use the fwd feature to have calls sent to a landline. It always works but thanks for your input :-) Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk

I don't think I'm missing anything but has Verizon disabled call forwarding on this device? I use it frequently when I'm in a no service area. I've checked settings under call and nowhere is there any fwd settings. Help please :-) Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk
