Do you have both wi-fi and mobile data on? It may be searching for a signal on wifi and not able to connect. If your using only wifi there may not be a connection, turn it off and use mobile data only. Uses only a small amount for phone calls. You can always check your usage in settings...

Doesn't work in the ford forcus 13, I bought the phone. Bluetooth will work but you have to sync and select contacts everytime. Car software will not download phone book. It is a known issue with Galaxy S4.
