A point I haven't seen discussed is the Moto G's wifi. Specs say 802.11n, but one review says it's dual-band wifi. I'm confused. I thought a device had to be 802.11ac to manage the 5Ghz band. My 2013 Moto X was one of the first to handle 802.11ac, and I really don't want to give it up (live...

I agree entirely. Given up hope for another first-rate phone <=5", but 5.7? I'll wait for the next Nexus (and pray a lot).

It would be great to have a sticky thread somewhere, or a constantly updated article, that was simply a list of the makes, models, and years for all cars that have firmly announced that Android Auto would be available. Such as "2015 Hyundai Sonata". Can you make that happen, Phil?

I also agree. My (T-Mob) MotoX in its bumper and screen protector has been a gem, and continues to be with Lollipop. I'm in no rush to replace it, but I'll look into the next Nexus and the next Moto X and whatever comes unlocked with "M". I like the size, and that will be hard to match.

Up and running as of noon today (EDT). Had to reboot a few times to get everything to settle in properly, but no problems. All MotoX special features seem to work fine, at least those that I use (I don't use Skip). Finally! Worth the wait I think.
