Check out "Pocket Informant-Ev" it looks great on tablets. I got it for free on the amazon app store as the app of the day. I don't use it, so i can't tell you if it's good or not, but it seems to have most of what you're looking for...

I hope it's not too late :-)

This update being so close to the supposedly ICS October release makes me think it has to do with preparing the device for it.
