OTA is WiFi. The problem is that, so far, it is not updating via OTA. I thought, perhaps, that if the sim card is not active, it would never update via OTA.

That's part of the problem -- I can't find Rosemary in the System>Font folder. As a side note -- I am not rooted but I was able to copy fonts from System>Font folder to the Fonts folder that Cool Reader uses.
