I don't understand why it isn't available with pass code/pattern.... Especially when you can use shortcuts on other devices... I hope Sammy fixes this soon... Getting my note 3 tomorrow
I've played with the note 3 for a couple of days and to get rid of the fav apps go to the lock screen menu on settings and there is an options to change the fav apps for the camera when you slide from right to left. Hope that helps
