I have the same issue but I'm way past the return time. I'm still hopeful I will find a solution. If not I will replace this with a new phone as soon as something I want released.

I put the T-mobile widget on my home screen but it does not show me notifications of new VMs. I do not see a setting for it in the Tmoble VVM app. In settings > notifications> apps I have it set as a Priority. Am I missing something?
