As other's have said, don't need to, but I want to. Moving from a S24U 512 to the same in S26U.

I gave in and ordered the S26U, 512 via Verizon. Moving up from a S24U.

I went and checked mine, and updated it the other day.

My Google Play System has updated to January 1 2026 the other day. You'll may want to check yours.

I'll most likely upgrade from my S24U. See what the "deals" are.

FYI, if anyone is still following the S9 tablet, I just downloaded the newest update, DZA1. The Android Security is January 1 2026 but the Google Play System is still September 1 2025. Again, I'm on a S9+, 5G with Verizon in Arizona , USA.

I don't know the answer, but I too, hate the new floating windows. I'm very careful when I open a new window or tab.

Received my update last Thursday (30th). It's 4CYJ1. I'm on Verizon in Arizona.

Using my S9+ 5G Verizon this morning and I received a notice that it will install an update on November 4th. I choose to update now. So there is a October 1 security update, 6DYJ2 is my latest build. One of the quickest updates I'm in Arizona, USA and on Verizon with my tablet.

After using the new interface for a few days, I'm not happy with it. To many changes. This "desktop" stuff is a royal pain, in my personal opinion. Can we change back?

My Verizon S9+ 5G, just updated. I had checked early this morning with no luck. This afternoon I fired it up and a few minutes later the update appeared. In Arizona, USA.

I checked and downloaded it on Friday afternoon on Verizon in Arizona.
