I have no mic button on my keyboard. I have no checkmark either. I can select the word I want and it will use it but won't save and remember for later. Please can someone help me with this

I can't save any slang words that I use all the time. I went into language settings and I have no "personal" dictionary. Anyone know how I can fix that?
