I found the problem with the GPS connection on my AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I took off the back cover, removed the battery and the SD card, and then put them back in after a couple of minutes. Suddenly my GPS signal was great. Download the app, "GPS Status Test and Fix", to test the signal...
