This isn't happening to ANYONE else but me??? I've tried everything. Don't want to factory reset. But I could've done without this new update.

Since this stupid Lollipop thing, my Hotmail/Outlook email won't sync anymore, I've tried all the settings, tried "push" "manual" and "every five minutes," and even when I hit the refresh button, it won't update. So now I have to get my email on the browser instead. Really irritating.

I had it again today, it was in the card while I had Bluetooth on, every ten minutes or so. When I turned off Bluetooth, it stopped.i don't get it.

in settings>more>software update, I have a red circle of two arrows next to the Android phone icon/System Update History. Just got the phone a week ago. Anyone know what that means? Says I have I545VRUFNC5 and it's up to date. But a red anything is usually not a good thing!

I did a factory reset (I'd only just gotten the phone a few days before) and it went away.

I ended up factory resetting it, I didn't want everything to be silent. So that worked. I still have no idea what it was though, very odd.

No, it's settings, battery, and then clicking on Screen itself, which is the thing using the most battery (where it shows the percentages of usages by everything) and then it says Use Details and then Time on and across from that is 1:15. Which makes no sense, because the phone was sitting on...
