I checked the DND settings & for some reason the media volume was set to be turned off when I had DND on. That's why I didnt think it was a problem b/c my DND is always on!!!! I cant thank u guys enough, ur better than my cell's tech team!!! I switched the media volume back on in DND settings...

That is probably what it was... somehow it muted the volumes sometime between last night & this a.m.! I'll check the DND settings & hopefully can still use it WITH media volume!! U guys r the BEST!!! Screw Speint, I'm coming HERE with any questions!!! 4 ppl couldnt tell me what to do & said to...

Ahhhhh!!!! Thanks for recommending the do not disturb!! I have always had it on & its NEVER messed with my volume but for some reason it did today!!!

My do not disturb has always been on (hate all the telemarketers)... I'll try it tho, to see if it shocks the volume back to life!

I called Sprint (the sh*ttiest cell company EVER) & their recommendation is to go to a store to have it fixed.... gee thanks!!!!

This is what it looks like. Normally all the lines are blue (like the ringtone & notification volume) even if its turned all the way down.

Yes, I have tried both. It's so frustrating, the media volume was working last night & this a.m. its stuck on mute! The side buttons wont change it, going into settings wont change it & I did restart it, but nothing is working.
