That's what strange. It recovered files from May 2019 but not from 2-3 weeks ago.

I recovered some files using Recuva. Using "Deep Scan," it found 44 video files (not all viewable) that I had recorded and deleted. There is no Home Screen Settings screen on either of our phones :-( We have Galaxy S7 phones.

Nope. Had never heard of it. Had to search in Settings to find it as it does not appear on the list in Settings. It's not something we'd want to use. Any other ideas? Thanks.

It's fixed! I went to the system apps, found USB and used Force Stop. Didn't see a way to clear the cache, but the good news is that when I connected the phone via USB to the PC, it made the connection straightaway. Thanks!

I wish it were so, but that option does not appear. If you look at the first jpg I posted, the only options are Deny, Allow and Other USB options (the USB options are shown in the second jpg). I was hoping there might be a way to fix this in Settings but don't see anything there.
