Why hasn't my phone been updated since November of 2019?

I got the January 2020 security update yesterday on my Android One version.

    Missing Notifications

Do not disturb is not on. I'll know if the reboot worked later today and will report back.

    Missing Notifications

I checked and I'm not blocking anything. I went ahead and rebooted to see if that will make a difference.

    Missing Notifications

Thanks for that suggestion. It does have digital wellbeing. I checked and I received 462 notification today but not from some apps that I should have received them from. When I look at "Manage Notifications" in Digital Wellbeing all my apps have notifications turned on.

    Missing Notifications

Recently I've noticed that I'm not getting any type of notification from several apps. I have them turned on for all apps. One of the apps in question is TeamSnap which I really would like to receive notifications for our upcoming soccer season. Anyone else have issues with notifications or a...

    still pleased with X4

Overall I'm very happy with this for what I paid. I agree with the vibration motor. I'd love to be able to leave my phone on vibrate but I'd never feel it. My ringtone volume though is quite loud.

    What next?

Thanks Ayush. I wish I had another phone I could use for a few months. Battery is obviously really important to me as is with anyone else I'm sure. I'll give the 6T another look. I've heard the in screen sensor gets faster over time as well.

    What next?

My phone will say it's at 40%, 60% or sometimes 80% and just turn off. I did heed this type of advice but now have a bad battery and am in need of a new phone. Thanks though.

    What next?

I've had my Honor 8 since November 2016. Overall, I've had a great experience and I'd say without a doubt was a great buy for $275. I love the little nuances like being able to use the fingerprint sensor as a button and using it to scroll and so on. Unfortunatley, my time with this phone is at...
