Have you tried logging onto the website and checking which devices are registered there? I had the same issue but it was fixed rather quick and unfortunately I am too old to actually remember what I did to fix it. Like I said it was fixed rather quick so you should be fine.

My three suggestions would be in order: 1. Long press on your home network and hit forget. Re-type in the info (password/etc.). 2. Use the app Wifi Analyzer. 3. Use the app Wifi Fixer. Good luck and hope this helps.
