Yeah I drove to the AT&T store and they had none in stock, and gave me a number to call to do the warranty exchange... but that number gave us another number which was to the wrong thing. It's a big mess and I still haven't gotten the right people.

I was using an Imazing bank. It worked perfectly with my LG G4 for a good month, but I think the Type C cable I got for the new Note 7 must have been bad.

I hope. I think my power bank must have shorted out my charging port somehow, because before all this started happening... I noticed the phone kept making the little noise when you connect a cable. It was doing it repeatedly for no reason when the cord was constantly plugged in.

I guess I'll have to. I even factory reset and it's still barely charging (stuck saying it's on a USB charge regardless) :( I don't have the box anymore, though... I do however still have all the contents of that box around.

I also noticed when I plug into PC, I no longer can access it. PC says 'usb device not recognized'. Every combination of cable and connection reports that it's connected via USB (and not AC).
