Re: Cant get rid of pop-up ads that take over screen. I typed in AVG for Android and unsure if I found the same app to download as I didn't see the threat scan. And what I did run didn't find it same with avast and others I tried. Mines says free gift for you it most often pops up if my screen...

I think my mistake was turning it on before realizing it had taken water damage... was in the boat and it was in a dry bag... that apparently wasn't so dry (bottom seal had broken) I went to turn it on ... saw the google sign flash then noticed water dripping out of the charging port and off it...
