well camelguy1337, i tried everything!!! first, i was on the phone w/sprint for over an hour (surprise, they didn't fix it), did a battery pull & all the fun stuff you recommended, but had to ultimately do a factory reset myself. funny part is, i read up on how to back-up everything &...

ok...does this (stupid) PRL number have anything to do w/me NOT being able to receive MMS??!!! i have been having this problem since easter sunday...not happy! :mad: grrrrrr

Updated mine yesterday & today (twice)...both 01115 :-\
