Mine is operating normally, I suppose. I usually charge in the evening, fully charge at around 00.00 am , it decreases 7-8 % when it is 8:00 am (average down 1% per hour => I wonder it is the same with other HTC one or not?). If I just texting and sometimes check apps/update... I still got 65%...
